Questions about plans & billing
Who handles payments?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, sales tax and VAT. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your workspace. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more public projects than the Free plan allows, the extra ones are hidden from your public portfolio until you upgrade again or choose which to show.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change your plan or billing period from Billing; the change is prorated by Paddle.
